The new Yale hand chain hoist VSplus is through
\nfurther technical development the successor of our
\nproven VS model. We set new standards with the
\nextremely robust all-steel construction and high
\nquality bearings for drive pinion, load chain sheave
\nand gearbox. A maximum of corrosion prevention and
\nmaintenance friendliness are special features of this
\nmodel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Areas of operation as well as operator conditions have
      \nbeen improved in trail-blazing fashion, which goes far
      \nbeyond the classical hand chain hoist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      • The revolutionary 3600 rotating hand chain guide
        \nallows the operator to work from virtually any
        \nposition, in confined spaces or above the load. The
        \nYalelift can even be operated from the side of the
        \nload which also makes it possible to use the hoist
        \nfor horizontal pulling or tensioning. Due to the addi-
        \ntional flexibility, the operator is no longer forced to
        \nwork in the danger zone near the load.<\/li>\n
      • The new patented brake system is extremely quiet
        \nand guarantees operational safety and improved
        \nserviceability due to omission of the vulnerable
        \nratchet pawls. All parts are made of high quality
        \nmaterials, additionally galvanised or yellow-chroma-
        \nted to increase corrosion prevention.<\/li>\n
      • The enclosed robust stamped steel housing pro-
        \ntects all internal components even in the toughest

      • Chain guide and gearbox are almost totally

      The new brake system used in the Yalelift series is
      \nalso employed in the Yalelift 360 20t, setting new
      \nstandards in terms of operational safety and service-
      \nability. The brake is extremely quiet and wear
      \nresistant. All components are made of high quality
      \nmaterials, some components are galvanized or
      \nyellow-chromated for added corrosion protection. This
      \nensures that also heaviest loads are held reliably.
      \nIn spite of its high capacity, the Yalelift 360 20t
      \nfeatures a compact design.
      \nThe enclosed robust stamped steel body resists in the
      \ntoughest conditions and allows outside operation.
      \nThe hardened load sheave with five precision machi-
      \nned pockets ensures accurate movement of the load
      \nchain.
      \nThe low headroom (hook-to-hook dimension

      The trolley enables the exact positioning or easy tra-
      \nversing of large loads with either manual or powered
      \nhoisting equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      • It has excellent rolling features due to machined
        \nsteel wheels mounted on pre-lubricated, encapsula-
        \nted ball bearings.<\/li>\n
      • Adjustable to fit a wide range of beam widths and

      • The trolley wheels are designed for a max. beam
        \nprofile incline of 14% (DIN 1025 – part l), excellent
        \nrolling features are guaranteed by pre-lubricated,

      • Adjustments are made by rotating the clevis load
        \nbar which also ensures the centred positioning of
        \nthe hoist in the clevis – no creeping to the left or

            It has a light weight, compact, high strength alumi-
            \nnium alloy housing with a large flat bottom surface
            \nfor increased stability in horizontal as well as vertical
            \nworking position.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

            • Forward and reversing levers in tandem provide
              \nslim design and assure power transfer along the
              \ncentre line.<\/li>\n
            • Overload protection is by a shearing pin in the
              \nforward lever. Spare shear pins are conveniently
              \nlocated in the carrying handle or operating lever.
              \nA broken pin can be replaced without removing
              \nthe load.<\/li>\n
            • A lever disengages the rope clamp system allowing
              \neasy, smooth installation of the wire rope.<\/li>\n
            • Yaletrac uses a special flexible wire rope. It has six
              \nstrands with a steel core and is identified by an
              \norange strand. The rope is tapered at one end for
              \neasy threading and fitted with an eye sling hook
              \nwith safety latch on the other end.<\/li>\n
            • The parallel arrangement of the clamping system
              \nprotects the wire rope by distributing the clamping
              \nforces evenly. A long rope advance per each lever
              \nstroke increases the working speed.<\/li>\n
            • The large opening in the top of the unit allows easy
              \ncleaning: simply flush the unit with water, apply
              \nmotor oil for lubrication and the Yaletrac is again
              \nready for use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
